Abstract
The Recipe Book and Produce Ledger consists of one blank-book of ruled paper, circa 1911-1919, possibly originating from the area between Harrisonburg and Staunton, Virginia. The book contains a number of handwritten recipes, primarily desserts and beverages. It also includes numerous pages recording farm produce, such as butter and eggs, sold by the owner between January 1911 and July 1919.
